CRISP19 is a disruptive strategy to increase the detection rate of asymptomatic people based on the virus-host interactions for “tricking, trapping, and detecting” SARS-CoV-2. Our solution offers enhanced efficiency and precision because use a CRISPR/Cas13a-based nucleic-acid recognition system preassembled within cell-derived Gigapack vesicles (GpV) with the stable overexpression of the hACE2 receptor.
