Tracy Olson serves as the Alumni Relations Manager at XPRIZE, where she leads efforts to strengthen and activate the XPRIZE Alumni Network as part of the Partnerships & Impact team. In this role, she builds connections across XPRIZE’s global alumni community, develops engagement opportunities, and helps alumni access the visibility, relationships, and support they need to accelerate their work beyond competition.

Prior to joining XPRIZE, Tracy was a think tanker at The Brookings Institution, where she focused on research related to scaling education innovations globally. Before that, she served on the Operations team for the Mandela Washington Fellowship for Young African Leaders. Tracy holds an MS in Development and the Global South from University College Dublin and a BA in Geography from Colgate University.

Tracy is based in Los Angeles. In her free time, she loves to travel, do crosswords, and spend time outdoors with her dog, Björn.
