Theo is co-founder and Managing Partner at NosTerra Venture Capital, where he focuses on innovation at the intersection of data centers and energy. Prior to joining NosTerra, Theo held a broad set of go-to-market roles, spanning strategy & operations, product and growth marketing, and channel management. He has diverse leadership experience as both an athletics coach and business leader, having worked with and at early-stage start-ups, SunPower Corporation, and Google (along with a seven-year run as a water polo coach early in his career).

Fundamentally, Theo believes in applying the power and speed of business to help solve our world’s biggest challenges. Theo’s greatest motivators are the people in his life, especially his wife and his three children, who inspire him to leave the world better than he found it. Theo holds a BA in Earth and Planetary Sciences from Harvard University, and a dual MBA & MS in Sustainable Systems from the University of Michigan.
