Jade Brudenell is the Founder and Executive Director of Conservation Collective - an organisation to galvanise global support for locally led environmental action. Jade is spearheading a powerful movement that connects people and businesses who care deeply about a place with the grassroots champions working to protect and restore it. She leads a central team of 10, based in the UK, which is building capacity through a systems-change approach and enabling the global network to scale.

Jade founded Conservation Collective in 2020, which has launched and supported 20 locally rooted Foundations, and helped raise over £23 million to support long-term nature recovery around the world. Fundraising is her primary remit, focussing on unlocking new sources of capital, building strategic partnerships, and ensuring funds are deployed where they can deliver the greatest and most lasting impact. Career highlights include securing major funding partnerships with bands, brands and travel companies, with an aligned interest, driving support to communities protecting their patch.
