Court Marshall
Court Marshall Chief Operations Officer, Elpis Alliance For Veterans

Court Marshall is the Chief Operating Officer of the Elpis Alliance for Veterans, where he leads the design and execution of integrated systems focused on Sleep Protection, Suicide Protection, and behavior-driven performance outcomes for veterans and at-risk populations.

He is a U.S. Army Chief Warrant Officer Four with over 36 years of service, Court combines operational leadership with formal training in performance improvement and resilience, applying a systems-based approach to addressing suicide across mental, physical, social, and economic domains.

Through initiatives such as the Sleep Savant program and the MyN1X platform, he is advancing measurable interventions that begin with sleep as the earliest detectable signal, extend into identity and mindset development, and reinforce daily behaviors that drive resilience, stability, and forward momentum.

Driven by both operational leadership and personal mission following the loss of his son, SSG Cameron Marshall, Court is committed to advancing solutions that move beyond awareness into measurable impact—helping individuals not only survive, but regain purpose, structure, and direction in their lives.
