David currently serves as Technical Specialist, Scoping Our Planet Opportunity Space, Advanced Research + Invention Agency. Prior to that he served as Deputy Director of the Air Force Office of Scientific Research's, International Sciences Division, a Program Manager in the Defense Sciences Office of the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA), and assistant professor of physics at the Air Force Institute of Technology. He has over 20+ years experience in the aerospace industry from space atmospherics to quantum vacuum engineering, and has personal interests in theoretical cosmology as well as philosophy of science.
