Hayley Boesky

Hayley Boesky is managing director and executive vice chairman of Global Corporate & Investment Banking at BofA Securities, the institutional broker dealer business of Bank of America. In this role, she collaborates across all enterprise lines of business to deepen relationships with the firm's clients around the world. She also serves as a liaison with the global policymaking community, fostering connectivity on areas at the forefront of market and regulatory developments. Hayley previously served as vice chairman of Global Markets.

Before joining Bank of America, Hayley was vice president and director of Market Analysis at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York. In that role she managed the quantitative Analytical Development unit, the Cross-Market Monitoring market intelligence team, and the Market Outreach Buy-Side and Relationship Management group. Prior to joining the Federal Reserve, Hayley was director of Relative Value and Derivative Trading at Moore Capital Management. She began her career with Goldman Sachs where she specialized in fixed income strategy, including as chief U.S. Rates strategist.

Hayley is a member of the IMF’s Financial Institutions Consultative Group, a team of senior investors that advises the IMF on market developments and financial stability issues; the Financial Advisory Roundtable, a committee of market experts who meet regularly with the New York Fed to discuss financial stability issues and financial policy; and the Bretton Woods Committee Advisory Council, a group of senior leaders in business, finance and policy that advises the Bretton Woods Committee on economic growth and financial stability.

She is also a director of the Tory Burch Foundation, supporting women’s entrepreneurship and the economic empowerment of women. Hayley serves on the Board of Overseers for the University of Pennsylvania School of Arts and Sciences. She is on the Trustees Council of Penn Women at the University of Pennsylvania and is a member of the Penn Arts and Sciences Women in Business Alliance. In addition, Hayley is a member of the Council on Foreign Relations. She previously served on the Board of the Graduate School of Arts and Science at Columbia University. In 2021, Hayley was honored with a “Women in Finance” Lifetime Achievement Award from the Markets Media Group.

Hayley holds a Doctor of Philosophy degree in Astrophysics from Columbia University. In addition to her PhD, she also earned a Master of Science degree and a Master of Philosophy degree from Columbia University. She studied mathematics, astrophysics and French as an undergraduate at the University of Pennsylvania.
